Bright future.

Should not surprise anyone. They are inept. So many people have left this place it's a revolving door. Anybody left is a downright inept. I know many people who have left this junkyard. There is no leadership here.

When you work here long enough you truly realize what is going on within. The CFO and chief legal officer have resigned. Many many people in each department have left. Look at the history folks. They got rid of people and or people ran out that should have stayed here. Here's why.... There is no strategy and there is no leadership whatsoever. The only thing Bobo cares about is money at the exclusion of people. Very selfish and not strategic.

Well BOBO Markison just lost a lot of money and certainly his reputation. Although anyone who worked for him knew he was a BOBO from the moment he put Blue suit JDS in charge! so long you dynamic duo dodos

I came here because I was curious to see what's been going on since my last contact with this company 4-5 months ago.

Let me paint the picture of my interview process. Back in the beginning of this year, I was laid off. But, the labor market was as hot as it is now. I'm getting solicited by recruiters with an average of 2-3 interviews per week. RVLP was one of them. I went through the hoops. Then, I had a potential offer coming from another employer I really didn't want anything to do with, but hey when you need to work...

I made it known to their internal HR that if they want an accomplished, hard working rep who is looking to make things happen and be a promotable member within 2-3 years, they need to step up soon with an offer. I was told the hiring manager/director where too involved with the National sales meeting and trade shows, they decided to pause the hiring process till March/April. I waited an extra week, and informed HR to put pressure on the hiring team if they really wanted me.

My background as an accomplished rep is very strong and with experience working with practices from a practice growth view. What happened, they got annoyed with me for applying pressure with the follow up. That's when I knew, if they can't value a potential rep and recognize the persistence that I showed to move the needle, coupled with my background, and they're 'annoyed' by this, then tell me, would you rather have a rep that sits on their hands and wait for things to come their way? I was told they were going another direction. Which is fine, till I caught them lying. You see, I had intel that they really didn't have another prospective rep. For giggles, I followed up a month later, and the job was still available. HR is a mess, the lady with the short hair and reverse aging filter during the video interviews, she's a mess.

Good luck to all of you.

you’re the ideal candidate speaking about yourself and how accomplished you are. I’m guessing at the ripe age of 28 you’ve set the world on fire with contract positions and a stint in Sephora. But you played your cards right. Keep pressing them even though there’s 15 others right next to you with the same or better accolades. Enlighten us more with your amazing talent and interviewing prowless. Dope.

That lady was promoted to VP and it's still mind-boggling how that happened. She's a copycat and has no backbone whatsoever. I spoke to her during my onboarding and she's a loser. The only people left here are a bunch of hanger-ons. It's honestly such a relief that I left last year. Blessed that I ran the f*** out of this place

Yes brother. Finally someone who gets it.
He really fired up the crowd that day. And then the investor call and then all eye care was canned. Luckily, we’ll not lucky, I got switched to AE. What did I do today for work you ask?
Let’s see. Started my morning about 9:15 after watching espn. Go Heat! From there I went to get a coffee. Dropped by one office and unloaded some samples. Surfed pornhub for a bit. Went to lunch and ordered for 4. Company dime. Big baseball game tonight and didn’t feel like cooking. Home by 2. Surfed more porn. Filled up some gas cans on the fuel card for mowing this weekend. Tough day. .84. That’s the quality culture this beautiful company has provided and I don’t care.
84 cents is starting to look good.
Down to 42 cents today. Cannot even pay the debt now. The stock is essentially worthless. They won't be able to make payroll by the end of the year. BOBO Markison and Blue suit JDschaub have met the end of the road
