I joined on of those DEI teams a few years ago. I was lectured by a twenty something east asian girl about MY white privilege. I grew up in a trailer park and worked my way through college graduating with less than $50 in the bank. Both of her parents were doctors and she spent her holidays flying to Switzerland or New Zealand. Time for everyone to quit complaining and looking back. Just shut up and get to work.
