Calling All Whistle Blowers

I left Horizon over 3 years ago - I just received a letter from an attorney's office in New York wanting whistleblower info from me - what the heck is going on over there lol

If you suspect representatives or management are violating the law then we want to hear from you. Don’t try to delete emails or texts because we can easily retrieve the deleted material. We are getting calls from a variety of inside and outside sources and are posting this plea for you to act. Rewards for those that step forward can be substantial, up to $99 million, hearty fines and jail time are awaiting those who are found guilty.
When IRS reviews the legitimacy of an Irish domicile, the first question is "Where is the locus of control?" Ex-employees can be good sources of information. Cooperating is a patriotic thing to do. Any takers?

I remember when Walbert gave the executive staff a bonus to offset the cost of the stock change. The rest of us had to take it on the chin..... such a boys world at this company....

I received a certified letter from Zuckerman Law from Virginia, asking about specific promotion, marketing, management directives, copies of yearly performance reviews, field rides and requested if I had any copies of emails and promotional materials from 2015-2019 I could share and discuss. Any one else get the same letter?

At the end of the day, all companies are douche bags and so are you, LOL. Everyone is out for their own self interests.....but at least Horizon pays well! The leadership is pathetic and they would kill their own to look "presidential". KW hired by TW, hug? Then KW hires KA aka "the gorilla" to be our leader? That women was pushed out at Spark Therapeutics. Somehow she stepped into a pot of gold shocking how a "leader" could be this bad...she's a total shit show!

hmmmm I have an idea. I left HZ two years ago ... I have a ton of info that I would be willing to share. Worst company I have ever worked for
I am sure you were bullied and insulted and threatened daily. They only like 30 year olds who have no experience and just act like puppets. The inexperienced managers are who make it a miserable place to be. If you have more experience than they do and exceed sales expectations, they put you on a plan. They say its a performance driven company, but they lick the butts of the people who never meet their goals and then lower their quotas so they can make their goals, and these reps still can;t make their goals. If you succeed here, you will be laid off.

Not sure about that. I've been here almost 5 years and have made more money in these 5 years (total comp) vs. the last 15 easily. The stock RSU and ESP is ridiculous...the bonuses extremely high and I have a base that is just under 200k. Very few- if any- company pays bonus dollars like Horizon- I made more in bonus vs. my base in 2 of the last 5 years. Best company to be at IMO. Couldn't be happier. That said I'm a consistent performer and my manager is great.
