So again 3 reps for the same primary care docs?? That’s absurd. This company is like 15 years behind every other pharmaceutical company. Counterparts are absurd
 


I guarantee that there’s a downsize in the near future. This sounds eerily the same nonsense that was spoken on national calls 3 years ago when they had the last layoffs. Expect them to keep lower salaried less tenured reps because he’ll Sema sells itself. Multiple reps in the same office is ridiculous.
 


Sema sells itself. They'll have AI do the rest. They'll trim field. Dump home office. Axe the bloated fat of all these managers directors micromanaging cuz there ain't real work!
Margins will be better and ET will get richer.
 


As a former NNI employee and a senior leader in the industry I know for a fact there is a GLP 1 peptide shortage globally that will last at least 2 more years. If you are in a role where there are duplicate teammates please get your resume ready and prepare your finances. If you genuinely have skills and not just been riding accidental territory success you have options. If you are a mediocre rep I promise a good interviewer would know what you are a legit driver of sales or a dime a dozen mediocre rep. Good luck

Well you almost made sense until you said 1 educator, what exactly do they do anyway? Make up calls with the ML?

They were probably trying to be nice. Here is the real answer: 2 reps per territory on diabetes, one OCS. One Endo/specialty rep per district that will handle O and W. 1 manager per district for all of this. Tell me why this wouldn't work.

Increasingly clear that the math is probably the other way round - there will be more OCS pods and fewer DCS pods in the future.
 


Do you know that we are being graded on field rides? They are putting numbers in on how much of the time they see us utilizing the three buckets of the EDGE selling model.

It's easy.....keep your job by being the only rep in your territory....do what Fat boy cat freak does. Sabotage your counterparts because you suck at your job and have absolutely no friends. No one lasts working with that rep.
 




Has anyone noticed changes to some of the leadership titles? Some RBD’s are now called Momentum RBD’s. What does that even mean?
It means that we paid an agency with connections to a few folks on Scudders Mill seven figures to come up with this "forward-thinking" language. Ironically, the agency has connections to Lilly, too. So they're going to change their titles, too.
