Changes


One of the interesting things about working at exact is the constant rotating cast of characters at Gutes level. Really never seen anything like it, anywhere. How many have there been in the last 4 years? 6 or 7?

It's a constant for any position inside. There are no stable jobs because of the whims of KC.

Hires someone because of a 'cool new shiney trick', starts to roll that out and hire a bunch of people behind it, then the entire group will be let go in about 6 months to 2 years when a new shiny object appears.
 

This environment is extremely challenging and unpleasant… It's a group of individuals who lack strong leadership skills, yet constantly implement changes, seemingly running out of productive initiatives…
Let's be hones the so called leaders don't implement changes but rather react to the knee-jerk reactions directed by Keven. The shit rolls literally rolls down the org chart.
