Even Bruce Evans was pushing other candidates over Zeitler and she still got the nod.

So Evans was pushing for Christine Duncan for the DM spot in Chicago and he did not think Kristen Stewart should be hired but yet he acts likes they are his best buddies in the world. Something is seriously flawed with this guy. He obvisouly no ability to lead, select talent or manage people with being two faced.

So I kinda figured that there was a cherrypicking problem when I accepted the job here since some people sqwaked about it and my DM is insistant on me checking the add/delete doctor list weekly. Here is my question. I need to know from those of you with experience how to go through and check if there are any leech reps pulling doctors in my territory to theirs or adding to mine. What is the best way to monitor this and see what damage is already there? I know this board is full of people that have a lingering shit taste in their mouths from previous experiences, but I am hoping a few of you will take the experiences and help me get a clear picture on how to minimize this impact and see whats going on in my zone. Thanks in advance for your help with this...

When you enter a call into sam, look at all of the addresses that appear for that physician. If an adress appears that is not yours, check into it.

Simple as that.

During my twenty years of government service, I have met and come to know many whistleblowers. If I could make a generalization about them, I would describe them this way:
Whistleblowers are over-achievers. They are competent and efficient, the kind of people who are concerned that things be done right. They are also people who have the moral fiber to stand up to corruption.

In almost every case, they became whistleblowers because a moral dilemma, not of their own seeking, was thrust upon them. They were asked to do something immoral and they refused.

Ninety-nine out of a hundred people, when faced with such a dilemma, will hold their nose and remember where their bread is buttered. Or they will convince themselves there is no dilemma.
Most whistleblowers start out doing the right thing thinking that once "upper management" or some figure of authority learns of the situation they will straighten it out. Even after they come to understand that "upper management" is not going to save them, whistleblowers remain unrepentant and even defiant. From that inevitably follows harassment, persecution, and vilification. This is not the path for a malingerer.

Each year taxpayers pay billions of dollars for goods and services ranging from health care and defense to public safety. And each year taxpayers pay millions of dollars to police and prosecute fraud against the public purse.

Yet one whistleblower can frequently accomplish more than a roomful of inspectors or policemen, and costs far less. Whistleblowers know the system, and speak out in a spirit of public service.
Whistleblowers are precisely the kinds of people we should have in top management of government and industry. It is not the whistleblower who needs protection so much as it is the public that needs the protection of the whistleblower.

I don't know about Julies reps, but Nevine G in Detroit has been cheating for years. The entire state knows about it, which is why no one will talk to her at meetings. It was brought to Evans attention but he believed her lies.

You would think that a master like Evans would recognize bull when he sees it! It proved to us that he is an idiot.

Obviously, no one cares who or why reps are cheating as long as they bring in the #'s? Hard working, honest reps who go out there everyday to make a difference will never achieve what a rep will by doubling scripts with bogus docs included in his territory. Reps are getting promoted using this as their strategy for success? I read this post just out of curiousity and I am really shocked that in a professional environment like pharmaceuticals someone would accept an award for a goal that they achieved by cheating. Seriously.............. what is wrong with you? Where is your sense of accomplishment? It lies in how well you can work the system? Shame on you. This whole thread makes me sick!

As long as lying cheaters like Howe and Evans get promoted, this type of behaivor will continue. Get used to it, because that is the basis of Reliant's culture. Honest people have no place at this company.

By now, Sheares knows about these abuses and chooses not to correct the situation. He is as bad as the culprits, based on his inaction. There is no ethics at Reliant. There is no honesty at Reliant. There is no transparency at Reliant. It is what it is.
 


It's interesting...we started this thread to talk about sales rep in the sc region counting doctors that were not in their territory. And you guys keep talking about s--t that has nothing to do with what we were talking about...what's up with this? Have you thought about starting a new thread called is cold here and we're left out in the dark freezing our a---- off? Vince come save us.

She works out of a scooter......every day. Its like a little raskel or some thing. I herd that Reliant gave her a special car to load the thing in and out of after each call. I don't know how she did it, but she sold a lot of drugs.
