Comp Question

What is the comp range for a rep position? Over 10 years experience. Are reps rewarded with stock options? RSU's? Is the target bonus attainable? Thanks for honest answers.

Usually 10-15% increase in base, commission is great and all the usual benefits!

Usually give a decent offer above your current salary, if you do well and are ranked in the top 20% commission is very solid.
