Co.formed first sales group back in 2003. That's 15 years ago. The company is financially reputation strong, the product is stronger and so that's not where the problem lies. The problem is that when you get individuals who don't seem to understand the basics of communication, social interactions and appropriate business behavior then you end up with a constantly turning over Salesforce. This is the reality of what has happened here. You get managers who are so damn immature, that they chase the cutest youngest skirt on their team, play favorites based on appearance, not talent and generally have no idea what they're doing. You don't promote people who've just been with the company for barely a year, who end up alienating people cuz all they care about is their paycheck or moving to the state where they really want to live. Dont hire users and takers. They will run your Salesforce out the door and degrade your company reputation. Hire mature proven success oriented mgmt.Higher ups looking for easy tail, who gossip openly at the meetings and have zero social skills, let alone business acumen need to go.
