Micro manager who treats leadership team like a bunch of brand new DM's

At Actavis, his deck was always stacked with the best managed care coverage in the country.

By the way, Jimmy and the West is kicking his butt in the rankings.

Mostly I would have to agree. I can see that through my DM. Nice guy but he has he same answer for everything. My partner had him ride in the car at the same time as him and our DM on a field ride. I almost crapped myself when he told me that. Seems to have all the old Forest people fooled because he "won" so many champions clubs. Hello-- does JL and CR realize that was out of 2 total regions or 3 at the most? That is a joke
 
I would agree with the nice guy comment. He is actually somewhat disarming and appears to be your buddy, that is until he sticks a knife in your back.

He played a friend of mine like a fiddle. Got her to open up only for it to come back and bite her in the butt as well as many of the others in the region.

He would never make it outside his current environment.

By the way, his latest focus is to purge the bottom 15% and make sure the "best of the best" find a home.

Totally useless micro manager.

Do you even work here? I'm no fan of GF but he never worked for Forest. 10+ years at Watson/Actavis. So you're statement that he could not make it anywhere else is obviously not correct.
 
Regardless of his years, his style and philosophy are so outdated that he would fail outside of the pharma world.

Yes I do work here and I can't wait to get my severance and stop being a sample mule delivering Panera and playing the game.

The worst thing that ever happened to Actavis was Forest.

Everyone in the industry knows the low esteem and respect level everyone has for Forest, yet these fools all believe they are the best in the industry.

I just sit and laugh when I think about Mr. OCD and his mindset about this business.

Don't worry about relationships; just state the message. After people hear it 7-10 times, they will buy. Message, message, message.

GI rep here. Please don't tell me I am back under this guy. According to my DM, PC mentality with everything he does. Not a good guy,so watch you back. GI division was not happy with what he was doing.
 
Love to watch him at meetings when his ADD kicks in.

He starts stretching his neck and rolling his head.

I always use to say he was rearranging the furniture. In that head it is probably patio furniture.
