Just so you know-- he had the deciding factor in scores. He "overruled" many of the DMs scores that were given for subjective ratings. A couple DMs were shocked at a few of their reps who were let go.
 
Got the call from him. Nothing like being read a script and him trying thank me for the work I have done for the Division. Talk about feeding me a load of shit. Very fake and revealing to what he is made of. If I was that good, then why not retain me? GF --- at least get your story straight!!! You'll fit right in with the new company. Best of luck!
 
Yeah, I know a couple of situations where DM's were shocked as their rankings and recommendations were thrown out the window and Greggie made the calls.

He fits right in with the entire Forest culture.

100% true. He's a weak leader, but, boy, can he spin a yarn. I was able to gain so much Daliresp business from the story of his nicotine junkie friend with COPD.

He's banked his career on being his supervisor's butt boy. The way he waxed poetic about CR was comical. Save your shekels, Greggie, karma's gonna catch up.
 
This is a really funny, but true post on GF. It is common knowledge among anyone that knows him, his performance over the years has been totally overrated. When you are able to pick and choose your geographical advantages, to enhance you sales, of course you will look great. He is totally convinced that if you follow his direction, you will be successful. That is the ego level you are dealing with. He is totally out for himself as has been demonstrated throughout his career. Say what you need to say, no matter how silly it is ---"this is the greatest company I have ever worked for" ---- WOW!

All of you future DM's that work for him --- get ready and good luck. Play the game, tell him that his messaging is amazing and learn from his incredible leadership skills --- Prozac is in you future!

I am so happy to not have to report to this clown ever again. His way or the highway and believe me when I say "his way" is his egocentric doctrine that would fail in any other business model.
 
Revisiting CF and funny to see the posts on Frederick. The descriptions of him are very accurate and long overdue. I guess this is what happens when he is integrated into a management position that he has no control over. The playing field is leveled and now he will see how his methods are very simplistic and outdated. Not sure where he landed, but watch the performance without a stacked deck. Things will be different!!!!!!
 
I predict he will be in the unemployed ranks in less than 9 months.
The charade is up for this character who as a poster above confirmed; he has finally been exposed as the outdated manager that he truly is. Metrics and park and puke are all he has to offer.
 
Glad to see this thread on here. His ways are being exposed. When Pfizer comes a calling, Greggie will be receiving the same call he gave to so many last Thursday. He's a snake in the grass.
 
Let me check, after being long gone from Watson, he is probably saying that if you are not performing up to his expectations, you will lose your job! It was always an environment of fear and intimidation. Short term fix, that will bite you in long term dedication and loyalty.
 
Can't resist this. GF was on a field ride with me and took over a call with a MD. Did a P1 and P2 call to model for me and MD called me back in as we were leaving. Said --- "never bring that guy back in again, he totally wasted my time". Thanks Greg for teaching exactly what NOT to do!!!
