Yes, and I can tell you that his old CPU managers with the exception of RL thought this guy was a fool who was just praising CR and BD as the second coming and they could see what GF was all about. Kissing up and looking out for his own self interests.

GF is out for GF and he should not be in any people management resource.
Oh wait, this is Forest and people are not a resource, they are a commodity that can be easily replaced.
Guess he is in the right place then.
 
I am so thankful to have this incompetent, self aggrandizing person out of my life.

Amazing how different life can be with out him and the other Forest fools like JL and CR.

I actually enjoy getting up and going to work every day now.
 
The only way I can explain this is this: He it totally convinced that his model to exceed sales expectations, is to follow his direction. If you can't figure this out, it means that it is his way only. You can give him input, but that is as far as it goes. He will tell you that he wants feedback and inputs --- nothing could be further from the truth. He will then ineptly monitor his metrics and give you feedback --- it is basically funny.
 
Famous GF quote --- "I surround my self with good people, that make me successful", yet he treats and rewards these people like shit. He is a total contradiction in terms and just a bad guy overall. Hopefully karma catches up with him.

The boys at Big Blue don't even use his outdated message model and if he even makes the cut, they will dispose of him and his model quickly.
