CSR been let go for restrictions on lifting

It is in your job description so if you can't do your job you should go find one you can do.
 
The following is listed on the the physical demands of the job description for a CSR:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen. The employee is occasionally required to walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
No where is lifting a requirement. Would like to hear from other CSRs who were let go because for their restrictions.
