have you heard some of these individuals on conference calls? The inexperience is evident.

I guess we’ll let our customers (docs) know that the leadership team doesn’t view them as specialists. They are now hiring no experienced reps as they would for entry level Pharma. They’ll love to know the lack of respect leadership has for them. Very evident there’s major issues here!

they are cheap and the company knows this product has gone just about as far as it will go. Why blow money on tenured reps?

Not to worry, the new hires have just recently transitioned from training wheels on their bikes to straight out 2 wheels. They'll be blowing the numbers through the roof after boot camp. It's nice to know that they like to play video games on their free time.

Could they at least try and hide it a little bit. This is not by accident. This is a plan and it has obviously been discussed by higher ups. I know they don’t respect us but they can’t think we are that dumb that we don’t see what’s happening.

They are sending a clear message to legacy reps that they are under-performing and over-paid. So, through attrition, all the new hires will be babies wet behind the ears. For the legacy folks, they’ll start by gently encouraging them to find greener pastures. And if that doesn't work, force them out. The baby reps are cheap window dressing for getting the company ready for sale. What buyer wants an overpaid bloated sales force that can’t even hit target?

this is all true, except investors don’t like to see turnover. Never have, never will. It shows and proves a shaky company. They know we are on our last legs. Everything right now is window dressing for a sale. Several I know in the sales force have started to look for a stronger organization to join.

Don’t let the door hit your backside on your way out!!! We don’t need overpaid reps that only know how to complain.

Your local McDonalds has less employee turnover than this company.

So true! Oyster point is looking for a new sales force. Any organization is better than this one. Can’t wait to get 95% of my bonus then split.

It’s not just the inexperienced sales representatives they’ve hired. Look at the management organization, the promotions and folks in those roles are a complete joke and a direct reason why the culture has been sucked out of this place.

MZ & TC are both terrible sales leaders, but MZ takes the cake. She is awful.

agree. They need to look at themselves and be accountable for why these products aren’t performing near like they thought in the beginning. The reps can only do and push so much!

Doctors are so fatigued with the message. They have heard it so many times. It’s not that they don’t remember the message. They simply don’t like what our products do to their patients eyes. Yes lower pressure but severely beat up eyes. They can get lower pressures with other products that don’t have the same AE profile.

These new inexperienced hires don’t even properly respond to emails. How we’ve gone downhill lol

The baby newbies are slap happy just to be in pharma right out of college.
They're so wet behind the ears.
They'll say and do anything management tells them to do, gladly.
    And that's what management wants.
Wait til they get into the field and they start using the AERIE Sales model and messaging and their docs start ripping them new A-Holes.
It must be nice to just to be able to blow your bonus on a new video game console and new games instead of having to raise kids and pay a mortgage.
While living in their parent's house.
    Oh, the good ole days.
They can say what they want on here about folks who've been here a while being ingrates who should move on.
They're all in for a nasty surprise out in the field and when their inept bosses do ride alongs.

So Florida reps are going out to lunch with office staff and pharmacy reps? What a great move Florida management!

no one in florida is doing anything like that. Move along loser. Why would anyone go out to lunch with a pharmacy rep? The coverage is so good! Sounds like another desperate attempt from the B&L rep.

wrong. It has and is happening but is going to stop once they get fired. If they don’t get fired I’m blowing the whistle.

Maria already handed her BFF softball goals in 2020 to make the decision to get rid of the previous manager a positive one. They shouldn’t have to break rules but are
