You aren’t supposed to talk about growth factors and how they have an impact on healing. If caught you’ll be fired. The conflict between compliance enforcement and the realities of selling this stuff is highly favoring a 1099 model. Executives hope a fleet car and 401k match keep their people with relationships in their seats. Hope isn’t a strategy. The dam is breaking.
