Dear Finger Pointers

Correct. It's the same blame culture that placed everyone on probation and half the employees left and the other half were terminated. Nobody became more productive. Bad idea that probably came from the previous CFO.

A culture of blame quickly creates dissatisfied employees whose productivity will begin to slip.

In my team people don't blame anyone, we just resolve problems ourselves as they arise.
But we are not Finance. Those guys are a different story. Looks like they Need to blame someone else to conceal their own incompetence. Don't think your post will help out there at all.

Yep--it's the fat chicks from finance. Mouths and negative energy in constant flow.

Not meant for Finance, we've got a psycho on third who thinks demeaning her staff is the way to appear intelligent.

Bad managers don't attract good employees in the first place.
Taro has lost good talent. I still keep in touch with a few. I met some nice hardworking people there. There are employees still on board that would obviously not make it anywhere else and I'll bet anything the good talent that remain are looking.

Who?
The one with the Super Bowl trophy name?
Not saying she is easy to work with, but ML knows what she's doing (unlike many in our management). She's been here for a while and nobody can beat her experience in the field she manages.
BTW, she wasn't always like this- loud and anxious. It's f***ing Taro environment that changed her.
I respect her at least for surviving at Taro for so long.

She's not as knowledgeable as she's convinced you she is. It shows. Question is, if Taro has made her anxious and loud does she need outside help? Another thing, does HR even grasp that she can't keep talent, is she the problem? She's a BOSS not a LEADER, look it up there's a difference. That's the problem at Taro, you have a bunch of finger pointing BOSSES no LEADERS. You want to be a BOSS, go become one, a floor FOREMAN at a Southern factory.

She's not the only manager who's "winging it". Look at 2nd floor. There are 2 managers who lied and claim they have degrees.
