This is so good for our industry and jobs. Love these tariffs and rfk jr. NIH is a joke; who needs cancer research? Waste of money! They need to get rid of Medicare and social security next and give all the money in social security trust to Elon and other billionaires because they have suffered too long! Sanity is back!

"Research" is great - as a noble endeavor- but a 99% failure rate is unacceptable for taxpayers. The funding mostly just funds peoples salaries and then later on private pharma. It's a rotten deal: we pay for nothing, really. That's why we spend the most (by far) but have the worst outcomes.

Research can't be done just for the sake of spending money on research in the name of "cancer". The breakthroughs are either too few, or impractical (like CAR-T and gene therapies). The wasteful spending needs to stop.

Sorry, pharma.
 


If I hired someone because they are white, or straight, or had more experience, or thought the way I do, is that ok? Why is it ok the opposite way? Aren't we suppose to be blinded to that when hiring and hire the best person?

Thanks to Trump and the attack on DEI, the first new hire by my white manager was a white man, this is terrible. I can’t wait until midterms when we can stop this inequity.

You forgot daddy’s home and own the libs. I finally get it. Sad that so many Americans grew up in homes with no love and daddy issues which led to self-hatred and insecurity. I pray that they find Christ so that they can stop projecting their hate onto others. Never too late to find your moral compass and regain common sense.

Do you know who the largest beneficiaries of DEI are? Or Affirmative Action? It's, say it with me.... White Women.. Are you saying White Women don't deserve a seat at the table? Also, what say you about the Good Ol' Boy network that existed WAYYYYY before DEI.

White women make everything about them. Every. Time.
 


The whites and straight people are hurt the most by DEI. Also, AZ would rather hire women in general because they are still paid less than men at the same age. Take a 50 year old woman and a 50 year old man at AZ and see who's salary is higher. Sometimes it is substantial.
