We continue to lose our best:

Best Ex Dir ever - fired
Best Rep ever -field ride then run off for not using a High Gain Question
Best Leader ever - passed over for a drunk, then position eliminated

now,

Best Data guy ever - bolts for an "external" opportunity. Probably Lily's oral or JNJ's oral

at what point do we realize that our very best are ALL gone?
 






Time to move another unqualified, but lifetime servant to Amgen, into the role.

Heck, I’m sure 20 will interview, and she will choose someone who left the company, came back, has little Derm experience but can fill out a coaching report very thoroughly.

My guess is she uses this opportunity to clean up her mistake in the East. Just too much liability and it gives a chance to put an ERG warrior in an elevated position. It doesn't really matter, because all we do is enter calls to keep our DM out of trouble. It really is a tight clique of true believers.

Who left now? Who is the data guy?
 


We should do an ROI on the territories where we ran off our best and see how long it takes, if ever, to make up the TRX losses.

Harder to do that when we lose people like Menefee, Kirit and Anderson but the downstream effects are significant and lasting.

We need Roca sooner rather than later or we are getting ready to lose some more.

Roca isn’t coming soon. When it does, it’ll be in a crowded space where the competition has been efficacy, marketing and strategy. Amgen isn’t a launch company. It’s a place to mooch rebates off of dying drugs to build another and give the prospective things are working.
 


Smart ones are leaving for Rare Disease or Teze. This place is a sick, toxic joke of what we once were. My DM has spent the past month working on nothing but QBRs. She has zero clue about what we do, but she good at selling herself to TN and SL. Surely they know she's a faker?

Best ever??? Laughable. Tiff is a smart leader and expects people to work hard and move share. Too many have become complacent in various roles. I'm sure Tiff celebrates when these do nothings give notice. She can finally build a performing team rather than dealing with a group of inherited complainers. She will hire hustlers who bleed Amgen blue, work 25 hours per day, and increase share. I hope she brings in some disrupters to put you in check and hold you accountable.

I pray this is sarcasm.

The hard work gene missed her. She’s probably the only Derm exec who doesn’t attend conferences, makes zero effort with KOLs In the field and cannot sell the drug she leads.

But she doesn't work summers at all? Has she ever even met a single KOL? 100% chance she either puts Romo in to lead the TLLs or she brings in another NUBU best launch ever vet who shows those worthless TLLs how it's done!

She’s never missed a kid’s event. A quote in front of a group of people who were in the midst of missing their kid’s events.

Tone deaf.

Those who followed her are slowly learning that she milks what she needs out of you and turns her back. Look at the most recent RM hire and you need no further evidence.

How many other sacrificial lambs have been crucified along the way? How’s the east RM treating you? How’s South Texas? How’s LA? How’s Chi? How’s RA old territory?

the 11% is vs the previous year's qtr....all the data is public and you can track sales qtr over qtr, year over year....the fact is Murdo made a promise to the street and couldn't live up to it....compounded because we don't understand new to brand, new and total...used that misunderstanding to remove AB....sales have been down ever since....culture destroyed and those who agreed to bend the knee were assimilated into BWE, Calibration Antics, and Pool Plunging....at least I have unlimited time off and a 10% match...just hanging around for my severance while I grow my other business...

The search has already started. Romo will be hosting scouting sessions at pubs around the US in the coming weeks. Stay thirsty my friends.

Tiff moved up right from the comfort of her own backyard with no intent of ever doing anything but that.
 


Be careful what we wish for. It's a given certainty that Romo will be sent sideways to replace Brad and run the TLL misfits. This cleans up a huge liability for queen in sales leadership.

The danger is that we will probably get the ERG warrior as the replacement. Be very careful.
 


The only question now is who gets the Florida district? Vegas odds say it will be a NUBU recycle again.

Will the new DM also have 95% of all coaching guides with the Orlando rep?
