In 2021, this company had momentum and was gaining traction in the dermatology community, and with some insurance payers. Instead of listening to leaders and reps who were leading the charge, Todd decided to hire idiots from a previously failed company of Dermira. Ray immediately created a division between the established reps and managers who were successful and his goons he overpaid and promoted over the ones who were driving the momentum. This caused the top people to leave and the momentum was gone. In the end, it’s sad that DermTech failed when some easy to execute strategies were ignored and shunned.

They done the dirty dirt on investors, got their advice from Bernie Madoff. I don't see going bankrupt keeping angry investors from pursuing the rotten management group.
