Quintiles is hiring in expectation of getting the business. They are taking many of our people now. Just look at LinkedIn.

Not at the Executive Level - we are hiring like made men. How long will this people stay when, after the exit of Pfizer, our current pyramid structure starts to look like a top?

That would be what you would do if we had a plan to address the real issues. instead, we have the leadership team that we have now.

Easy growth has alsways covered up a lot of sins here. It will be interesting to see how we react when we are finally held accountable for execution.

Has anybody had the horrific experience of working with Felicia Ford-Rice in the Strategic Compliance group? I have had minimal interaction with her, thank God, but it was plainly clear when I had to work with there that she had no fucking clue what she was doing. I talked with several senior and principal consultants over the last few weeks and have heard horrific stories of how she is mean and rude to the customers, and completely dismisses any input received from other Parexel employees.

If you ever find yourself having to interact with her, run away as fast as you can.
