Doug Berg?

His dishonesty was his downfall with plus. Lied to clients, lied to sales and lied to other executive staffers. One illegal contract he was involved with cost 6 figures to clean up.

Yeah, that joker landed at ClearPath Diagnostics, a small lab in NY that wants to expand into other areas. They're a small fish in a very big pond....have no idea what they're in for. I think they have some investment company behind them. Sure to fail like all of Doug's other endeavors. Just ask Water Street how well he did!

Is this not the Old Cytology company from Syracuse? Come on now, they have been trying to grow for years. With LabCorp owning Centrex and LACNY these guys are doing drugs.

Not to mention that all the reimbursements are going to be cut by 2014....

Just another way for VC folks and Doug to waste money!!

Sometimes people embellish their accomplishments and abilities and have to cut corners when it catches up to them. Sometimes those people who cut corners get caught and cost their companies LOTS of money to set things straight....then sometimes those people get fired.

Elaborate on profit share plan

Local urologists in a region work co-operatively with a third party in a business venture, such as mobile lithotripsy business. Pathology Laboratory employs a consultant who also works for or owns the mobile lithotripsy business. Pathology laboratory payment to consultant at mobile lithotripsy is proportional to specimens received from urology groups. Consultant passes along the kickback (e.g consultant fee) to the urologist by increasing the dividend paid in their lithotripsy venture if they send pathology to lab paying his consultant fee. This completes the loop.

Understand?

This is a strong claim that, if false, could be slanderous. Are you prepared to substantiate this claim in a court?
