I can only respond from a patients' perspective about my experiences with Dyna Splint, I have been treated nothing short of "Super", all the staff and employees that I have dealt with on my various issues: brace fitting, brace upgrade, insurance, brace purchasing and some off issue questions and items, the Dyna Splint members have gone out of their way to help me get resolutions that met or exceeded my expectations and they were done in a timely manner. The people I dealt with: Kathryn Watterson, Tanya Toomer, Suzi Pitts, Justin Sarles, Christina Astheimer, and Deanna Ortiz. they helped me deal with some major issues and helped me get resolutions. I did have major problems with my insurance company but with their help each issue has so far gotten resolved. My issues have lasted over 1.5 years long. I believe these individuals enjoy their jobs otherwise they wouldn't have done the extra paperwork and research to help me get my problems resolved. I can only judge people by how they have treated me and I can only give the members of this company that "I" have dealt with a big "Thumbs Up and Thank You!!"
