What is ridiculous is, it might not be your manager it could be your counterpart who has worse offenses than you, who works less etc etc and they call the alert line like the cowardice,double minded, duplicitous, imbecile that they are. Diadolical !!!!! do not trust anyone. This is a minor offense and something that I've seen happen in front of a manager, so how do they get away with going after one rep for this and not holding the entire sales force accountable? I wonder if it's even legal terminating a rep for this offense and not serving the same standard to everyone else. This doesn't seem legal to me. Maybe it isn't legal. Maybe a lawsuit on this issue would help alot of people who have been caught in this mess or live everyday out in that field knowing the boom can drop on them at any moment. It's not as if a fraud or pharma code has been broken since this is not a pharma code violation.
What is sad is that the rep who got the signature is most likely working more since they are present in that office making the call. The loser that called it in is the real fraud.
On the spiritual side. If something bad does happen take consolation that the lord makes your enemies your foot stool. You don't have to do a thing he will take care of them for you.
If the company does go after you because of such nonsense. Life will be better for you and you can be glad you won't have to be around this type of person anymore.You will not be subjected to the overall lie of the entire job and get a job where you can finally breath fresh air. It's really a time to laugh, be happy and celebrate.
