It is true that they fire people left and right, and the A-player crap is just that - crap. They have a mantra and it is CHIE - clever, high quality, innovative and exceeding expectations. It's ridiculous how they talk about CHIE all the time while they work their employees like dogs, for low comp and free food. They have a LOT of BIG, BIG egos in management, making big bucks, on the backs of the low paid employees. I don't recommend it unless you are just using it as a short term stepping stone.
