Exeltis

He will ruin this company. He is hands down one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. He has no idea how to do his job and is most likely the reason this company is failing. If they were smart they would get rid of him and hire someone who knows how to act like an adult. His own mangers are scared to death of him--for what reason I don't know.

All moisturizers work about the same. There a many many generics to choose from too. Its 510k AND there certainly are generics. Any common OTC moisturizer like eucerin, etc, are generics to vaseline and every other 510k aproved medical device. They are all glorified moisturizers.

They don't know what the hell they are doing, so many reps have left. They have adopted a new model of hiring sales reps who are just out of college. These guys don't have a clue of what they are doing but they think they know it all!

I’m still trying to figure out why the people I proactively reached out to on LinkedIn told me Exeltis was a healthy place to be. It has by far been one of my most toxic work experiences I’ve had. I feel like everyone is just too scared to be honest…cult like mentality here.
