Field Reimbursement Manager Postings

Don't let the Oncology FRM leadership fool you. Open positions are not due to new hires who couldn't handle the role or individuals who were terminated. `30% of the team that was hired has RESIGNED. They resigned because this role is not what they signed up for, the team (even A.D.s) are micromanaged, unrealistic metrics, leadership creates a toxic culture and senior leadership refuses to address the issue. Metrics are enforced based on data that is not accurate. RUN!!

This is accurate! All the openings are people who have resigned. When you speak up or tell leadership the metrics are unrealistic or based on inaccurate data, if you are lucky to get a response it's usually "figure it out" or data will never be 100%.
Oncology is not expanding, they cannot keep top talent because of poor leadership. "RUN!!" is the best part of this post.

Why have these positions been posted for months and haven’t been filled?
They have not been filled as J&J has a bad reputation now. When candidates apply they reach out to contacts who can give insight as to why so many openings. These contacts are honest so the candidates know what they are getting into. Also HH is running off good candidates so that she can get her minions in to do her bidding.

This is true. Unrealistic KPIs on data that is inaccurate! It’s absolutely ridiculous that these positions haven’t been filled since November/December timeframe when the employees left!

Is Immunology GI as bad as Onc? I see some of those open. How is management that side? Or the positions in general?

Are these positions still available? I applied and had my initial interview and was told I was being put forward and now just crickets! Is it really that bad as people are stating here in this thread?
