Here are the facts. Todd was not Randy Whitfield's first choice, it was Gary Lauderbach who would have been a good leader that the troops would have supported over this douche bag. The likes of Pam Chater didn't like Gary and made a lot of noise about it to upper management sinking Gary's chances. Todd was second or third choice and when you dig down in the barrel to fill a spot, this is what you get. He is a self serving survivor and does not know the first thing about leadership.
