Focus on pulse survey questions




I just don't respond to the survey. Communicates the same message to the higher ups without giving a chance for blowback - especially if participation rate across the team is low.
 


Same here. It's not worth my job over a stupid pulse survey. I have severe issues with my BD and I still gave them a great score.
Never an honest moment here at Lilly, is there? F us all. No amount of feedback from the field will ever amount to any change for the better. Ever. This is why we all hate it here.
