Good business people should always be paid more as they drive the company. Pathologist are paid what the market commands and unfortunately that is not much these days. Urologist, GI's and dermatologist are paying pathologist $12-17.50 for PC and keeping the rest for themselves. If your making more than $12-17.50 for PC you might be overpaid.
