Have Ulcer when around Watson

Why do I and most of my peers dread working with or going to meetings with DW. This guy is like a elementary school teacher teaching riding a bike for the first time over over over over.
Lucky he inherited our region so performance is good but I know of 4 reps who have had GI ulcers due to him.
He might be a great task manager but he sticks as a leader. Huge difference.

Not a leader and not inspirational.
I can see him as a solid cookie box Trainer but should not be leading people.
He is just a task manager and repeat cookie cutter directional guy. He will never be even a decent leader until he has humility. Which will never happen as he is too arrogant.
But excellent at acting a woke liberal brand being a hard core conservative anti-LBGTQ guy. Even down to his colorful wardrobe and bling bling jackets to "act the part"
 


Dewight "boy toy" Watson is a LITTLE SH!+
Only thing he is good at is sleeping w married reps and bosses while picking up strippers.
Don't work for this Napoleon tool and if female he will be eying your breast & butt wanting to sleep with you.
He the worse with the entire Gilead global organization
 












DW is horrible and should not be in any leadership position of any type anywhere.
He was given the #1 HIV region forever in the nation w Miami Ke West South Beach etc so of course he wins P-Club his first 2yrs.
It's all smoke and mirrors.
Never forgot Capone Ronald really runs the SE & pushed for DW hire 2yrs ago

Well trust me an Ulcer from SE RD Dwight is better than suicidal from his replacement Brian.
WTF was ED Wemdy drinking, smoking, snorting, injecting or all the above when she hired this unemployed S for brains?
Never thought I would say this ever, but I d take Ulcer Self Centered Ego Dwight back in a heart beat over FL RD Brian.
