HCP Access


How do you sales reps handle manager ride along days with no access? You can't just see your five Dr. buddies every time your dopey manager is with you.
Wow! Great post but the managers are supporting the fraud as well.
 
Why would any HCP ever give a lay person(anyone in sales/marketing/management) any time to listen to their self-serving canned sales messages.You provide no value. Your job has no meaning or purpose. You will be a dinosaur soon. Find a new career and industry. Find something that serves others.This coming from someone who just retired after twenty-one years in the industry. Had enough living a lie. What a joke of a job.

I would say around 85% of my calls throughout my 25 year career with Abbott/Abbvie were fake and still won summitt award 4 times and finished in the top third for 15 of those years. It is a joke of a job, but love my pension and huge 401k. I just loved the fact all the time I had for fun trips and time with the fam that no other “full time” job could give you. I love retirement!:)
 
Yes, the only thing that kept me hanging on for those twenty-one years was the pension and 401k match and agree on all of those fake calls. Not my fault when no one wants to eat what you're cooking.

99% of prescribers could care less about what a rep says for the ones that actually see us. The ones that do just want the samples and free lunches for themselves and their staff. If it weren’t for those 2 things, drug reps would be extinct.
 
Agreed, we are just glorified caterers and sample droppers and that’s on a good day. The rest of the time is driving around, listening to talk radio, and taking care of personal stuff!
