The team calls are very heroic. I swear some of the people on my team walk on water . I don't believe any of them. I quietly go about my business trying to squeeze some scripts out. Not a great deal of excitement with medical community on BA.

Some people have been very effective in adapting to the challenges in the marketplace, others not so much. There is probably more rep differentiation on performance than there may have been had we not launched in midst of covid hurricane. This has really become apparent over the past three weeks. You should probably tune up your resume as it appears you are not making the cut.
 


I thought this entire team was the best of the best and products of the Scientific Hiring Process. Now you admit you've got major slackers who took the pandemic to sit back and do vacation mindset. Got reps would be talking to accounts etc. Weren't these the reps that had relationships and guarantee huge script numbers per week? Looks like somebody failed the interview process. The RD's are equally to blame. They've all the business plans and target lists along with strategy and managed care and thought leaders. What have they been doing ? Don't they understand market or to interpret the information? These questions need to be answered before the iceberg dead ahead is hit.

We knew it was just a matter of time before one of the Scientific hires would chime in. Ann Arbor is a Gulag. Not only do you have shitty weather and a moron Governor but a totally embarassing pharma company. This drug is doing nothing. You can't stand the fact the drug is shitting the bed. It’s been a pretty nice uptick in the last few weeks so we’ll see about Q2. Sure, we are behind plan based on the pandemic, but we are still on track for a great launch, that you thankfully are not a part of. You can keep trolling, but your bait is rancid, like you.

None of you, bitter, losers has made one salient point about the dysfunction at Esperion. Probably, because it is nonexistent. How's it feel to know that you wanted to be a part of a team that didn't want you?
