Is everyone too busy interviewing with Amgen to post on here these days?
3-5%...so at this point is that, like, one more person??? How many more need to quit? It’s pretty obvious this division is barely being supported anymore.Word has it from a very reliable source (actually from someone who resigned in the last 30 days) that once the departure rate drops another 3-5 % and contract reps continue to be infused, it will be done. TR will be sold off with deal done before the end of the year. This is also why you're not seeing the manager vacancies posted either.
I have no details, but am not surprised. Crossing my fingers we make it to Q1I just heard another manager quit and instead of filling it, they are reassigning reps to other regions. Makes me think the end is near. Anybody have any info?
Respiratory reps need to be prepared for a very dismal Q3 IC plan. Top 10% will make good bonus while the bottom 10% will make zero bonus.I have no details, but am not surprised. Crossing my fingers we make it to Q1
The Regional managers need 8-10 territories to manage. If it makes business sense to absorb a region then they will be absorbed giving other regional managers more territories to manage.I just heard another manager quit and instead of filling it, they are reassigning reps to other regions. That’s heartbreaking. Thank you for the heads up. I’ll get my resume ready and see myself out. Thank youRespiratory reps need to be prepared for a very dismal Q3 IC plan. Top 10% will make good bonus while the bottom 10% will make zero bonus.

Probably. Does it matter?Where are you going to go? Primary care?

You forgot subpar marketing material, complicated copay directions, pharmacies that won’t stock product, and zero new rte (even though we are expected to send them every week). This division hasn’t been supported in a long time.Q3? How about a shitty Q2! Top 25% making less than $1,000? I wonder what the problem is.....
Unneeded products? Horrible MC coverage? Unrealistic goals? Lack of inspiring leadership?
That about covers it
Good luck everyone
Whoever this is, weren’t you blindsided when you were forced to move to resp and had to lay off your staff? Just saying. Downsizing the salesforce is sus no matter how you slice itThe Regional managers need 8-10 territories to manage. Replacing an entire division with contract reps is what’s really suspect. And they expect us not to be worried.Whoever this is, weren’t you blindsided when you were forced to move to resp and had to lay off your staff? Just saying. Downsizing the salesforce is sus no matter how you slice it

Or, I imagine it’s part of the plan, though. Scare as many out of here so that there are a lot less casualties when the plug is pulled.
I wish the move over to P/N would happen now. Getting one rx out of this broken machine feels like a miracle. Not sure why everyone is so shocked. This transition has been going on since the end of last year. Once a majority of the respiratory division is staffed with contact reps (early Q-4) the plug will be pulled. There will be some attrition through layoffs and a few will be pushed over to Psych or Neuro.
Just get your resume ready like everybody elseI wish the move over to P/N would happen now. Getting one rx out of this broken machine feels like a miracle.
Not blindsided at all. I am in a position to leave pharma in the dust. Last day is tomorrow!!Whoever this is, weren’t you blindsided when you were forced to move to resp and had to lay off your staff? Just saying. Downsizing the salesforce is sus no matter how you slice it
