That speaks volumes about TevaAnd I bet when they replace you with a contract rep your territory will start to flourish, just like all the other territories being work by contract reps making half your salary.

I think you mean Teva Resp. The other side is treated completely differently. That speaks volumes about Teva
This is suppose to be a biologics company, or so they claim. They are now hiring children with no experience making barely a living wage by pharma standards. This company is almost bankrupt. RUN LIKE HELL.I think you mean Teva Resp. The other side is treated completely differently.
Get ready to get pushed out. High salaries are on the chopping blockThis is suppose to be a biologics company, or so they claim. They are now hiring children with no experience making barely a living wage by pharma standards. This company is almost bankrupt. RUN LIKE HELL.
That would go against Teva culture, but the way they handled layoffs last year, I who knows. I don’t recognize this company anymore.Get ready to get pushed out. High salaries are on the chopping block

If this is true, so much for transparency.
I have never been so miserable in a job as I have been in this new “One Teva.” This is the most miserable division I’ve ever had the pleasure working for. Accepted a new job yesterday. This place is a dumpster fire. I hate it and I will never look back.Dude, wake up! Teva isn't recognizable to you anymore because it isn't the same Teva anymore. This is what happens when you close down a headquarters in Kansas City and move to NJ and most of the upper management don't make the move. They have completely rehired almost everyone. Most are NJ big pharma mentality rejects with no idea what Teva culture is/was. They don't care either. They are a bunch of 30 somethings that think they know everything. There is no innovation, just old school metric micromanagement. That's all they know how to do. Most of them are in way over their heads and they are also operating from a low cash flow. The company is broke. They want the moon, they want to sit in their cubicles and watch key strokes and what detail aid slide you use and how often and try to tell the field about their territories when they have never set foot in one. This place is a big joke. They want to pay slave wages and treat you like one. That is Teva now.
For closure, I need to add that I loved Teva and have been a loyal producer for years. This last year flipped me. I have never been forced by management to be so unmotivated. This is just a sh**ty job.I have never been so miserable in a job as I have been in this new “One Teva.” This is the most miserable division I’ve ever had the pleasure working for. I assume they’re trying to lower those numbers so that they don’t have to pay out that many severances.Get ready to get pushed out. High salaries are on the chopping block

So what you’re saying is get those Q1 jobs lined up and have a Merry Christmas on severance.Ding, Ding, Ding, you got it. It's called "savings by attrition", hence going with contract reps so zero liability.
Yes. Half of the sales force has quit in less than a year.Did anyone else notice all those $0’s for the contest? And all those vacant territories
Stellar leadership right thereYes. Half of the sales force has quit in less than a year.
Who else is hanging on until after (meager) q2 bonus is paid #DeadEndAheadYes. Half of the sales force has quit in less than a year.
Can’t move market share if you can’t keep management, support or reps. Just sayinThe KC office had super low turnover for multiple reasons. What's the turnover like in NJ home office? And in hindsight, was it a good choice to make the move?
Two more weeks, baby, just two more weeks...Who else is hanging on until after (meager) q2 bonus is paid #DeadEndAhead
