Not true, I am 62 and another person on my team is 63. Youth and inexperience has a lot to due with failure in the field. Our manager asks us frequently about ways to build a better forward strategy. Take your diapers off and put on your big boy pants.

This whole thread is ridiculous and discriminative. Who cares how old the rep is as long as they are smart, a great worker and can bring home the money? I know some of the older workers and they are outstanding performers. They are smart, professional and the doctors respect them. I would hire them in a second if it were my business. What Sunovion does in this regard is good business. The age discrimination in this business is running rampant and I hope it catches up to the companies like GSK and AZ that practice it.
