How will they choose who stays, and who goes?

Sure. That makes sense. Replace a team 2 rep ( who launched Eliquis) with a team 1 rep who promotes Cologuard.

Actually this makes perfect sense, it’s Pfizer where absolutely nothing makes sense at all. Sales positions where sales makes zero difference to our leaders.

    Hopeful thinking by team 1

It's extremely wishful thinking but it's probably correct based on how stupid our leadership is.

Haha. Let’s take the reps who have been talking about pooping in a box and hand them some real science to discuss.
The knowledge base that Eliquis reps have developed over the years makes team 1 look silly.

Hahahahahaha dude wake up!!!! Eliquis is a brand that increased in sales without Pfizer reps. BMS proved to be enough. Now for T1 yes gone. But every single area of this organization will be downsized. It’s the whole thing. So yes T2 will face massive cuts. Oncology look at your biggest targets. Let’s be honest…how many times have you actually met with the doctor? Not even you are safe. The game is over folks.

the company has kept Team 1 around for a couple of years with nothing much to sell post Lyrica. It doesn’t look good. As far as the other divisions, do we really need all the multiple reps calling on the same customer with the same product? There is not enough to do, no accountability, no teamwork in many instances. Everyone is out for themselves, not to mention then the Kam’s etc. It’s overkill in the offices.

    Oncology has minimal access

As someone said on another post - they can have my place in oncology because I'm out of here ASAP. Good franchise but PFE C-Suite is corrupt to the core. Can't support evil or turn a blind eye.

Never underestimate how stupid our leadership can be. Remember Exubera? Launched it in a division that had absolutely no relationships with Pulmonology (which was a critical specialty to getting the drug prescribed)?

Then they gave it to the division that called on Pulmonology and it flopped because the 1st team wrecked it so bad. Remember when they pulled Norvasc and gave everyone Caduet? We lost $2 billion in revenue over that one in 1 year. Remember when they discontinued Detrol LA and pushed Toviaz instead? Toviaz bombed, and DLA was a billion dollar franchise that was completely abandoned and could have been worth at least $500 millon more. Toviaz did $460,000 in business its first year.

    These people are idiots
