Interviewing end of this week. 5 yrs Lab exp. Whats commission structure? Non compete? I have a non compete from small lab probably not enforceable. should I disclose that? Culture, stability, quality services?Company car? Base? Please serious replies only

Recruiter said start at 55K since I only have an associates degree. Even I don’t think that is great base. Confusing information.

Don’t know where you are located but check out Compass, they pay much better. More flexibility with CTs and so on!

When I was there the RSM was more of a sales role where the ASM was administrative completing reports

For the RSM (rep role) $70k is correct and it's not negotiable.

I saw a job posting for Account manager, is that different that a RSM? would that be a junior role??
