I was told the bonus was paid quarterly and if you "showed up" you basicly got it. I found that hard to believe

It shouldn't matter what base is. CSL pays the highest bonus I have had in years, and I was ranked at the very bottom. The bonus at CSL is good.

Only if you have the PTO time... 2 days thanksgiving, 2 for Christmas, new years day. that's it!

That's a lie. Lisa M even gave 2 extra days last 2 years. We were all off Dec 22 - January 5th.
SS was the best manager I have ever had in my career. I wish I would not have stayed.

102k is average. One quarter I pulled 26k commission. Those days are over! Now you will be lucky to get 15 K for the year.
