Guess again.
Wasn't a guess just a fact
Guess again.
Wasn't a guess just a fact
Then this is going on with more than just one VP at Alcon.
as someone who worked for years in Novartis' compliance (I will not disclose which one) my recommendation to you is to do nothing! Unless, you have evidence (emails, documents) that have colluded and are doing something improper that is damaging to Alcon or violates US law. Without evidence nothing will be accomplished. It's just hearsay. They will paint you disgruntled, non performing and wifi exit you. If you have evidence you must report it to the jotline directly.
Hope this helps! One more thing, if you don't enjoy working there just leave. That's what I did....Novartis and Alcon are huge bureaucracies....nobody cares...
Yes, and this particular VP has been reported many times to BPO in the past without consequence. Apparently once you reach a certain grade level at Alcon you are then above the law.
BPO is a joke. It only applies to people lower on the totem pole. My VP has said the most inappropriate comments at staff meetings and nothing was ever done about it. F)&( you Novartis.
So many senior guys getting action and BPO enables them. Common. There are strong people who stood up and said fuck you Alcon and Novartis. Not everyone is a pussy and lives in fear.
Cmon, everyone needs a little action. These guys get a little extra at work. Don't judge them
They were both married but now they are not. I think one is trying to move but can't move to another department
They were both married but now they are not.
get a little stank on his hang low!.
...... bunch of 5th graders.
You, sir, are the very definition of hypocrisy.
For a VP to be having a sexual relationship with his administrative assistant? Or this a common thing at Alcon? Would calling BPO get me fired for being a whistleblower?
