A solid post , regardless of who posted a disgruntled interviewer , the answer is always a foul mouth tirade about how this person lives down by the river in a trailer unemployed.
Who cares the majority of the posts that disparage the company, to this point have been accurate. Maybe 2021 will be better. But knowing somebody from corporate reads these posts they can’t be proud of the responses.

How can anyone forget about being told by our RSM's to stay off cafepharma and not to post anything. Corporate was reading cafepharma daily especially after the interviews that were debacles. People got screwed over and vented on cafepharma. My manager was literally quoting posts from memory. Don't think for a second that management isn't reading these. CB was emailing cafepharma daily trying to get posts erased. Reps always checkout what cafepharma says when interviewing. With looking at Esperion one would quickly realize this is a legitimate dumpster fire. You can pick the corporate posts out easily here. Upticks,Traction,Runways type posts. Remember no Esperion manager or rep worth a shit will debate the clinical merits of BA. What does this tell you???
 




Glassdoor is a joke. Everyone knows corporate does all the posts. You read the reviews on Esperion you would think they've cured cancer. Also the sappy amazing work place and how supportive management is really is over the top. Esperion is the most toxic incompetent pharma company in 20 years. The problem is everyone who was hired last Jan and Feb were mostly out of a job and bullshitted what they could bring to the table. We all post and we even try to figure out what team members are the bigger posters. I know of one rep with a severe hatred toward his RSM and has made it out like he's a disgruntled rep who wasn't hired. There's also a woman rep who has an axe to grind also. Our RSM was besides himself earlier this year as he was terrified people on the team were posting . ( which they were to watch him squirm). Reps had been leaving before the layoffs as nobody can sell this with the limited indications and efficacy. It's been a wild ride at Esperion and the revolving door of executives will continue as they run out of the burning building.
 


The recruiter I was dealing with in June and July on Esperion opening told me not to look at Cafepharma and disregard it and look at Glassdoor. I read every post on Cafepharma and talked to some former colleagues who worked at Esperion and I decided to pass and not even interview.

Fact. Glassdoor is managed by hr. One of my teammates posted negative on that site about Tim M. The post was removed after about a week.

Oh they sure do actively monitor and comment regularly. You can trigger them with newest weekly numbers leaked, Texas manager comment, and a few other. They’ll also hit you with upside, traction, bright 2021 bs. All upper management sounds like a gay cheerleader on their emails. This place is so bad my manager helps us out as a reference and texts on private phones job leads to get out before drowning

I've had friends working at Esperion who are networking with me to get out. This is why I occasionally check out the board as I'm curious if it's as bad as they say. Go ahead with the insults Mr. Management. So glad I passed on this. I'll wait for your insult or how great Esperion is. Just face the fact that you made a bad decision in working at Esperion or being in management at Esperion.
