Hi, just wondering if they are filling vacant positions? I see a few in Oncology that are vacant. Also heard they may be laying people off in Neuro, any intel there?
 












IPSEN is in an unofficial freeze... lots of internal changes since the arrival of new R&D SVP, and now of the new CEO, and both do not share the same vision, so...
Paris Corporate decisions are led by teams like DIGITAL... although nothing digital is coming out.... IPSEN is loosing its soul (scientific expertise) and becoming... another pharma.
Hopefully our new head will see this someday... from way above !
 




Very sad to see an organization managing metrics as it's way of evaluating sales people.

New French CEO taking a page right out of the Marie Antoinette playbook, metric attitude in ultra rare is like “let the reps. eat cake”. Stepping up my search to GTFOOIpsen, ASAP and I’m not the only one. Soon Ipsen will be like Sanofi and another great company culture destroyed by incompetence and lack of understanding of the ultra rare space.
 


incompetence is absolutely correct! most people here couldn't lead or sell in the lowest sales organization. I wouldn't be surprised if more people leave soon. If they put up with the incompetence they are just fine with mediocrity

God this place is such a disappointment- few decent professionals- But mostly end of career apathetic tools. I’m so disgusted with the organization and widespread lack of desire to be helpful in oncology! Pathetic- no vision.
 




I’m looking to make the move to Ipsen from a rare disease company that is driven and operated like a cheap primary care company with zero 401k match etc. Can anyone tell me how it is in the Rare Disease division of Ipsen?
