Layoff has started in a very subtle way not to raise awarness to the shareholders and the employees... The remote work conditions facilitate this a lot as people are "disappearing". I heard that in France it is departments that are being split, and then disolved (like the 50+ of Biometry).
Expecting to see massive changes happen... and yes, we're becoming another SANOFI, but not in a good way : the company is loosing its soul to be fitted in the pharma mold... Thank you McKinsey !
The new CEO COULD turn this around as he seems to be into innovations and could be a risk taker... but when you see what is being done to R&D... such a shame
