Per our terms of use, we do not record IP addresses or any other identifying information with anonymous posts. Even with a subpoena, there would be no information to provide.

We do always recommend using a personally-owned computer/device and connection to post, as it is possible that your company may track your Internet activity on company equipment and/or connections.

    what about registered posters ?

Can a company hack, analyze electronic signitures etc.. from the outside and find anything useful?

You know the sad thing about betrayal?

It never comes from an enemy.

Your "friends" aren't your "friends", but you know that- end of the day everyone protects themselves & their family.

You are correct- the poster (who's a Manager at abbott) made comments about "Rats"- he's pissed he's being reported & you are correct- he does not have any friends left. All his "friends" have reported him for being a slimy creep. (Unless YOU are that manager???) lol

Anyways, it sounds like you have access to massive amounts of adderall or cocaine. Congratulations. Be careful with that stuff. It's bad for your heart and erection.

Is this still true? CafePharma is a great place to exercise your freedom of speech and to discuss things that you are afraid of being retaliated against by your company. It allows voices to be heard if a company is treating its employees unfairly. Even if someone posts anonymously can large companies with large legal teams just bully CafePharma with a subpoena to find
    out who is posting anonymously?

    Yes I believe it is
I've seen names posted and even a link to an HR complaint before.

Never have I heard of any employees being termimated/reprimanded.

But to keep in mind to use personal devices not on your company's network. Network team does employee sniffers for all activity going to outside networks

    I believe them @ CP.

However, there are sharks working for our PhRMA elite that monitor all forms of communication and try to identify who you are. Guess what?

I don't care if they figure that out. They deserve our collective lack of respect, a forum for free speech or die, liberty to vent against corporate corruption and lack of integrity. So, bring it you legalistic, sycophantic followers of unethical, immoral, low integrity and inconsistent principles. You get paid to be a little ... you know what to the "man".

Pathetic way of life. Lower than a spirochete. Freedom!
