JNJ Panic buttons list

Management forces unrealistic call goals and forces everyone to submit these calls. Are you that naive that this management has forced everyone to lie? You've not been in the field enough to know this? Ask a 100 oncologist, cardiologists, rheumatologists if they know, or even see their Janssen reps or any reps. Do you think reps like working and lying under the oppressive managerial regime? Tell us what you're going to do about this? Fix it?

Oncology reps smoking big expensive cigars, eating out with their spouses on the company dime, and posting three months worth of vacation on their Facebook. What a scam!

Alex G should be asked about his Repirdal false claims and his posse that carried out his orders while on the stand, then everyone can see what a lier the leadership of JNJ is!

JnJ has a Credio? Oh you must be referring to the HR group that encourages unhappy people to come forward so that they can target your ass. Why would anyone waste their life working for a corrupt company as JNJ?
A bunch of lost souls!

When your manager gives you a NI, needs improvement even though you're working at a expert level. Don't believe they got your back. This is how JNJ managers manipulate, negatively motivate and get rid of reps when they want. JNJ trains their managers to be narcisstic control freaks!

let me guess: you’re 54 or older, have had nothing but meets or exceeds expectations, you are ranked in the top 25% and have been for the bulk of your career, but all of a sudden you’re a worthless POS? Welcome to the new j&j. Oh, and your manager is 12 with no experience? Call an Atty to negotiate your exit.

Those new clueless 12yo managers have been trained by the tenured managers who are polished lying manaipulative assholes

If this is a serious expect nothing from “ the company” - the legal and HR dept’s job is to protect “the company” . People , all of them, need to take action and organize against all of the unethical, threatening and dishonesty that takes place . Unfortunately we work for a company full of Ass kissing douche bags who are only concerned about themselves and the company embarrasses them as cover . The company hides behind slogans and meaningless unenforced rules. This company has paid out over $4 billion dollars for wrong doing since 2000 . These are the crooks you work for !!!!

This company is pathetic!

If you believe that there are 2 choices. Either try to fix your part of it or STFU and leave. Whining about solves nothing.
Tough, even if cliched, talk from a guy who doesn't even know how to reply to a post with a quote attached.

You're perfect management material.

When JNJ asks their employees which COVID vaccine they received and the majority reluctantly admit the Pfizer vaccine
There is no admission - we were all advised to get whichever vaccine was available to us first. Remember? It’s not like we didn’t choose the J&J one...being in the field, I was desperate to get anything I could.

WASHINGTON, Jan 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission, which enforces antitrust law, proposed a rule that would ban companies from requiring workers to sign noncompete provisions as well as some training repayment agreements, which companies use to keep workers from leaving for better jobs, the agency said on Thursday.

JNJ has been f’in all of over for years. Just one of the ways they’ve been doing so.
Who’s ready to move on from this shit manipulative Mgmt.
