And THIS is the biggest problem of all! GA is too vested in the KAMs to see they bring no value. Ask ANY viv or ari DBL about what the KAMs bring and you will get a big ZERO from 99% of us. KAMs have become the joke of the company. They sure talk big and make most of the things they say up. Policy, trade and managed care all laugh at them too. KAMs don't help at all. Period. I can't believe the big lie that is the KAM team has not been revealed yet. Their cost vs their benefit is laughable and you all know it. Heck, should have kept the FRMs and cut the KAMs. At least FRMs did something more than just talk, talk, talk, talk, TALK! Would love to see the text messages between DBLs, TBMs, policy and trade when KAMs start talking on conf calls. In our area it's comical. Good people just not needed for the business.

SPOT ON INSIGHT! Would love to see how they show anything they do leads to increase in sales. Their leaders are great at spinning and GA and TN eat it up.

You're lucky you don't. You must be an Aristada TBM. Our KAM is always taking up my TBM'S time for no good reason. Usually trying to glom on to a potential success he had nothing to do with or taking up their time to check an activity box on his worthless business plan. I have to agree with some of the past postets. KAM'S here are a joke.

They are absolutely not needed. The majority of them are inept at their jobs and just like to take credit for other peoples accomplishments and achievements. There are one or two that are decent but overall they are a joke and definitely not needed. Why doesn’t the board realize this and cut the dead weight.

KAMs are not a board level decision. That's an operational issue, so it's the CCO, CEO, CFO responsibility.
 




Thanks Pete and Aaron, you are the kind of guy's that are always a day late and a dollar short. The KAM team is going to be meeting the knife soon as they can't justify any business gain that was already done by the field or managed care. Like both you, the KAM team finds out about success and tries to swoop in and claim they did it. With profit being so closely watch, this team of hanger ons will done soon as an expensive cut. Good luck as the gig is up and truth is known.

Did they fire all the kams? I haven’t seen or heard mine since way before Thanksgiving.

Everyone needs to email their kam and see exactly what projects they are working on in their geography. That way when it is all added together you can see that they are absolutely doing nothing worthwhile. Fluff all the way around

WOW!! Best and truest post I've read on this site in over 2 years.
 




KAM's will be completely retooled within the next few months. It's already in the works and almost fully baked. Just trying to find another spot for a couple of them before it is announced.
