... will be what ends this company. So many problems in every team. Small groups of people working to tell a story to Thibault and polish the numbers no matter how bad it gets. The company is broken. The leadership is failing. A great company brought down in three years. Good to read in case studies.

Thaibutt will be sitting just fine with his 53.5% bonus multiplier.

After all - Thaibutts base salary in 2023 was 917K (Total comp of 7M) - in 2024 it was 1.24M (total comp 19.72M). I'm sure he's given himself another 50% base salary raise + 150% comp package raise this year too - until he's sent to the unemployment line that is.

What’s even more pathetic is the emotional gaslighting on individual performance. Instead of saying “you worked your ass off and your performance was great, but unfortunately the company is not reaching its objectives so nobody will get a bonus multiplier” they force rank across performance categories to make the math work. It’s such disregard for what motivates people to perform. F around and find out, Kenvue.
 


Sack Thibaut and Ellie Xie. They must take accountability for Kenvue stinking performance. Bad leaders breed bad leaders followers. All the good and hard-working people are suffering.

Most the good people have left or have been shown the door already. Anyone who dared to challenge leadership and try to do the right thing is being pushed aside or out or has just left. KLT has surrounded itself by blind followers and little terroristas like Meri's DK. Watching her on a call is like watching a bad novella actress. the drama! she can't control her body language. WTF!! And our 53% BM probably funding all the travel and commuting from Florida.
