Couldn’t agree more. BF is an “ol boys club” member kissing Percy AS’s ass all day. RL is a deer in the headlights always concentrating on those at the bottom of the rankings. TP loves to just hear himself talk and babble about anything he can pontificate about. Loser DMs from Novartis are like robots. No culture, no identity, no fun at the meetings. This place used to be great now sucks. Oh…btw did I mention there are two different pay levels amongst the reps..those who are legacy get paid nothing and transfer Novartis reps are paid on average 20-25% more. So disgusting.
