Every company and position has it's challenges. That's why it's called work. Having been at TargetRx for years, I can tell you that it is comprised of highly-dedicated, smart people who work hard to deliver a quality product.
4 years ago I hated it. 2 years ago, I loved it. Today, somewhat less so. Emp Sat waxes and wanes.
As an employer, TRx has gone through cycles of good and bad. There's very little room for career advancement, so if that's your goal you might not like it so much. Sometimes there's room for creativity and hard work to pay off. Politics and egos sometimes get in the way of good people or good projects. Not too different from many other companies.
