Minerva

So - Pendlebury...took some digging. Not sure why the "About Us" section on the Minerva website doesn't name the top executives at the company? That's odd - virtually all other corporate websites disclose that information.

Interestingly though, I did come across some peculiar, but not necessarily surprising info on LinkedIn:

Are Mike Clapper and Kylie Clapper related to Dave Clapper?

And I see a Marketing Associate who is related to the VP of Medical Affairs...

They don't need an About Us section.
What difference does it make who is related to whom? You've never heard of relatives working at the same company? It's a privately held company. No I don't work there.

Theres a lot wrong with it actually. Especially when it comes to promotions for internal family members and the inability to fire bad salespeople. Preferential compensation percentages with no transparency for selected Johnny butt kissers?

Its also wrong to give promotions to those that failed in sales and promoted to higher positions without even posting the job internally. Sounds all too familiar doesn't it?

Very familiar. Makes me wonder if this is part of why no company has bought us? The plan was to get up and going and get purchased inside of three years, was it not?

I feel like we haven't captured enough market share to differentiate ourselves from Novasure as of yet.

It just feels very "small time" to me. I hate the fact that these people have jobs just because of who they are related to. I'm not sure we will every be bought. I'm still hopeful, but its feeling stagnant. I guess if Aunt Becky can get her dumbass kids into SC...

Today? We are not selling - we are buying...

We bought the lamest, least used endometrial ablation system (HTA) in the world. That's really going to help us sell ourselves.
