Month End!!!




Quota adjustments?? Region barely makes 70%. Do you really think 30% miss can be made up in May and June? I do not. Do the math! It's not gonna happen. I'm minimizing sales this entire quarter and blowing it out in Q3
 




Can anyone explain when our goals are going to be attainable again? My growth is decent yet I'm missing quota by 20% and my Region is missing by about the same so it's not just a rep issue! Missed every month since January and not even close to making May. Explain Joe or somebody? Please?!
 


What about the time out of the field? All these APMS and Summits and now many are in more training and then we have 2-3 days at worthless POA's. You really don't have to look to far to see why we are coming in less than 80% of forecast! We never have time in the field!! Please cancel the Meetings! NOBODY wants to have them except Evan because it makes him feel like he has value by making sure everyone is on time the first day. If he only knew how stupid he and his puppy dog PG sound! What a pair Joe. Grow a pair and rid of them!

Here we go!! Pressure to over sell my accounts so I can finish at 78% and the nation can get to 80%! Just fabulous forecasting people! Give yourselves a raise since you're not paying out much bonus!
 




Alright! Ted and Joe are so happy and pleased at how May turned out! They are thrilled how we have no time for anything else in our lives but calls, peel events, staff trainings, dinners, business reviews, POA's, trips to CA for training, and God forbid I forget the endless conference calls! Me and my family to you: "Fuck Off With your accolades. Your management skills are laughable. We all hate this bullshit of a monthly grind on ourselves and our customers to sell and buy more!!" Allergan, this cannot and will not be sustainable much longer. Imagine any other Pharma job and how much more professional it is and with half the BS! And pay is same or even more in many cases!
 


Hey Joe, how many more bribes can you guys come up with by the end of tomorrow to try to come close to 90%? Does it ever cross your mind the quotas and growth expectations are way too high? Allowing your reps to open their trunks and bribe the offices with car stock is no way to sustain a business and its embarrassing to be associated with. Is it OK to spend $600 on a dinner with 4 people and half the tab is top shelf booze and wine? Hmmm...seems it is
 


That is so SPOT ON about Skip and Willis. These tools don't have a clue how to actually forecast, sell, or build relationships. Dumping carstock at the end of the month is not selling...it's begging. It's time to move the old Galderma butt buddies out.

We have yet to be offered car stock - is this only for high volume offices?
 


What kind of bribes are being used by the MA and SE teams this year end? More sexual favors or just trunkloads of free product?? So surprised Allergan continues to allow this to happen. Heard the pitch yesterday from afar and was shocked.
 




No kidding. I'm a amazingly happy former rep who still sees my old accounts and almost every one of them that would matter to SM are getting more and more frustrated with the cost and lack of deals making any sense at all. So, nothing has changed. Quotas can't be made and customers are pissed off at the tactics. Way to make some changes SM!!
