I stopped listening to the bs the leaders spout a long time ago. Watch what they do and stop listening to what they say.

It's a job, nothing more, nothing less. Do what you have to do to keep it and fill your life with what's important (friends, family, healthy endeavors etc). Lilly doesn't care about you personally. Lilly only cares about what your territory can potentially deliver to achieve it's sales objectives.
 








What the what? Nada. No one in management or upper leadership wants to hear any real feedback, any real field responses. Only positive…of which there is none. No negative. “Shut your mouth with your criticism of our master plan.” The Novo reps are telling our docs they won’t see us much because of our new “territory design”.
